March 2023

Dr. Russ Souchek, Professor of Environmental Science, has completed Climate Interactive’s En-ROADS Climate Ambassador training. This training qualifies Ambassadors to teach with En-ROADS online climate simulation software, developed in collaboration with the MIT Sloan Sustainability Initiative, and experienced by over 200,000 participants worldwide. En-ROADS training spans topics of climate science, systems thinking, climate equity, and climate solutions. Ambassador status must be renewed each year. Renewal consists of attending two En-ROADS continuing education sessions and teaching at least two En-ROADS events.

Nathaniel Wilson

April 2024

Nathaniel Wilson's CMM 371: Audio & Video Production of Live Events class traveled to Eau Claire, WI to film the American Forensic Association National Speech Tournament's final rounds. Filming in four separate locations simultaneously, the students captured over 16 hours of performance footage. Students then compiled and edited the audio & video content for each of the 66 speakers. Final productions will be archived in Minnesota State University-Mankato's academic digital repository and the Digital Commons Network™.
