The Journal of School-Based Counseling Policy and Evaluation (JSCPE) is an open-access peer-reviewed scholarly journal that helps fulfill the mission of ISPRESC by disseminating research, theory, and scholarly discussion. Specifically, the JSCPE promotes an international conversation among policymakers, advocates, and researchers about the need for innovative and wide-ranging school-based counseling policymaking that is founded on scientific evidence and rigorous evaluations.
